But to make it even more difficult to buy vape juices, especially with nicotine on Ebay, the sellers on Ebay-Germany are not allowed to ship their e-liquids outside of Germany. So again, if you are living abroad and would like to order e-juices on Ebay, there is no way for you to do so.

But why has eBay done this? This decision was made due to the many lung disease incidences in the US where people bought vape juice from the black market that contained unhealthy substances such as Vitamin E acetate. If Vitamin E acetate is inhaled, it can not be absorbed by the lungs. Instead it lingers inside the lungs on the lung tissue preventing the lungs from functioning properly.
