We will ship your order the same day if it is placed and paid before 11:00 am on Mondays to Fridays. (Except for public holidays in Germany).

Our shipping costs are independent of the order quantity, you only pay our flat rate shipping costs.

We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL.

Unfortunately, direct delivery to end customers in Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Hungary is not possible. There are several solutions, such as using post offices near the border on the German, Italian, French or Swiss side or the Logoix warehouse service (, where you can pick up your order yourself. Another option would be to send the liquid to a friend/family member outside AT, NL, BE, HU, who would then send it to you privately.

Note on payment by bank transfer You will receive our bank details and the intended purpose for your payment with the order confirmation. Please note that we will send your order only after receipt of payment. It usually takes 1 working day until we receive the credit note.

How can I track my shipment?

If you have selected DHL or “Priority” as your shipping method, you will find the shipment number in your customer account under “Orders”. You will also receive the shipment number in the shipping confirmation that you receive by email.

When shipping abroad (Priority), the tracking is done via Deutsche Post. You can find it here:

Are there any other costs?

No, except for deliveries outside the EU. Here, additional costs may arise due to the import. These are, for example, customs fees, import taxes, etc. If your order has a high value of goods, we split the shipment into several shipments.

This applies to the following countries: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain and Norway.

My delivery does not arrive, what can I do?

If your order does not arrive within 3 days (Germany) or 14 days (EU) / 21 days (non-EU countries) after dispatch, please contact us.

In this case, we will of course send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.

Important, please note!

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct! Unfortunately, we cannot bear the costs for a replacement delivery if the delivery does not take place due to an incorrect address.

For deliveries within Germany that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or a refusal of acceptance, we unfortunately have to charge you €4.00 return shipping costs. These return costs are charged to us by DHL in these cases.
